NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO MAKE A DELETION FROM THE RECORD OF PROTECTED STRUCTURES FOR COUNTY MONAGHAN
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 55 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) that Monaghan County Council proposes to make a deletion from the Record of Protected Structures for County Monaghan. The proposed deletion relates to the following structure:
The Paragon Bar, Fermanagh Street, Clones (Record of Protected Structure Reference: Local 30)

The Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan Town, H18 X982 from 9.15am-1.00pm and 1.30pm-5.00pm
Ballybay-Clones Municipal District Office, The Diamond, Clones, Co. Monaghan, H23 X378 from 9.15am-5.15pm
Written submissions or observations in respect of the proposed deletion made to the Planning Authority between Thursday 9th October until 5pm on Thursday 20th November 2025, will be taken into consideration before the making of the deletion. Late submissions will not be considered.
Submissions or observations must include the full name and address of the person(s) making the submission or observation and where relevant, the body or organisation represented.
