AFFORDABLE HOUSING SURVEY 2026   

Monaghan County Council has been actively working to increase housing options across the county, delivering 20 Affordable Purchase homes in Monaghan Town and Carrickmacross, as well as 16 Cost Rental apartments in Monaghan Town. As we plan the next phase of housing delivery, we want to understand the level of demand for future Affordable Purchase and Cost Rental schemes in County Monaghan.

Your feedback is vital. By sharing your housing needs and preferences, you will help us identify where new homes are most needed, what types of homes should be prioritised, and how future schemes can best support individuals and families living or working in the county.

We invite you to take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your input will directly inform future housing plans and help shape sustainable, affordable living opportunities across Monaghan.
