Litter Management Plan 2021-2023 Review

Monaghan County Council is currently updating our Litter Management Plan (LMP) for a further 3 year cycle.  The Plan supports the Council's Corporate Plan, which aims to make our county a vibrant and inclusive place for the people who live, visit, work and do business here.

The Litter Management Plan supports the County Development Plan, which is the main vehicle through which planning and development is achieved.  

It also supports the delivery of the Council's Climate Action Plan for Monaghan.

In preparation for developing a new Litter Management Plan, we are carrying out a review of the current Plan. We are inviting you to tell us how you found the current plan.  What worked well?  What could be improved?  Where should we focus our resources in the next plan?
